Bahrain Airport Hotel

Absolutely terrible situation 02/14/2024!! The manager simply waved me off and told me to leave. I booked a room several days in advance, came to the hotel, and there was a crowd there. and as a result, they simply brushed me and several other people who also had a reservation aside! Naturally, tired and horrified by this situation, I began to understand and scream. And the manager simply smiled and continued to say that we don’t have to wait for anything. Such people should not work in the service!!! The impression of the level of the hotel is disgusting. Абсолютно ужасная ситуация 14.02.2024!! Менеджер просто отмахнулась и сказала уходить. Я бронировала номер за несколько дней, пришла в отель, там толпа. и по итогу от меня и еще не скольких людей, у которых тоже была бронь, просто отмахнулись! Естественно в усталости и ужасе от этой ситуации я начала разбираться и кричать. И менеджер просто улыбнулась и продолжила дальше говоритб, что мы можем ничего не ждать. Таким людям нельзя работать в сервисе!!! Впечатление от уровня отеля отвратительное.
